FINISH STRONG!

“Do not look down on the small amount of work done on the temple so far. The seven eyes of the Lord look over the whole earth. They will see Zerubbabel holding the most important stone. They will be filled with joy when they see it.”

(Zech. 4:10, NIRV)

This is one of my favorite scriptures of encouragement when I think I have not done enough, when I feel I have fallen short of the mark, when I get discouraged about my progress or my position in life.

May it likewise encourage you, as we rapidly race toward December 31st and cross over into a new year. I exhort you to Finish Strong! Don’t be too concerned about how you began on January 1st; it’s how you finish on December 31st that ultimately matters.

We still have two weeks remaining in the year and so I took literary license with a familiar song (The Twelve Days of Christmas) and had a little fun applying Biblical numerology to it, as I urge you to pick up the pace and don't faint in well-doing. It's not too late for things to turn around and for you to -
